Terms and Conditions
We aim to despatch goods in stock the next working day.
As we import our lingerie from Europe, if an item is out of stock delivery may take up to 21 days. If there is going to be a delay in your order we will email you to let you know, so that you can choose whether you wish to wait, or be refunded.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and, if you are not, we will accept return of an item for refund or exchange if returned within 10 days from receipt, provided it is unworn, undamaged, with its original packaging, and with tags still attached. You must pay the return postage, however. Orders may be cancelled within 10 days for full refund but goods which have already been dispatched must be returned to us, at your cost.
Full payment must be received before we will process an order.
On placing an order you will receive an automated email. In the event that we have made an error (for example as to the price or description of an item) we will notify you by email and ask if you wish to proceed or receive a full refund. Our automated email shall not constitute an acceptance of an order. Orders shall be deemed accepted on despatch of the goods. If we are unable to supply an item we will notify you and will refund you that item. If it is part of a set we will ask you whether you still wish to have the other item of the set.
Whilst we regularly check our stock levels, so that all items shown on the site should be in stock and available for next day despatch, we cannot guarantee that any particular item is in stock.
All special offers, sales and promotions are subject to availability and only whilst stocks last. Sales, promotions and special offers do not operate in conjunction with other sales, promotions or offers.
All international packages are accurately described, with values, on the relevent Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Any charges or duties for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
We are an Isle of Man limited company trading from the Isle of Man, and all purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
By purchasing from our site, you are agreeing to accept our terms and conditions, and to submit any disputes to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Isle of Man.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
