Terms and Conditions

Next Day Despatch: We aim to despatch goods in stock the next working day where possible.    All items displayed in our store should be in stock.  If, however, we are out of stock in an item you have ordered, or if there is going to be a delay in processing your order, we will email you to let you know, so that you can choose whether you wish to wait, or be refunded.  Orders are despatched Monday to Friday.  We despatch from the Isle of Man, and most orders to the UK arrive within one or two days from despatch, although we cannot guarantee delivery times. We despatch by First Class Royal Mail.   Please note that Royal Mail will not class an item as being lost in the post until after 15 working days.

Card Fraud Prevention: For larger orders or unusual orders we may carry out additional checks to verify authenticity of orders and delivery addresses to help combat card fraud.  This may cause some delay in despatch of orders,and we apologise for any delay and ask for your co-operation and understanding whilst we carry out checks to ensure that your card has not been used without your authority. We may ask for proof of identity or proof of authorised delivery address, and in the absence of satisfactory evidence of authenticity we may decline your order and reverse any card payment.  Please note that we are unable to despatch goods to P.O. Box addresses.

Secure Payments: All payments are processed through a fully secure third party card processor.  Once through our checkout pages you will be redirected to our secure card processor to enter your card details. We do not record or store any card details.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your details with anyone else. Ever.

No Quibble Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and if for any reason at all you are not, we will accept return of an item for refund or exchange if returned within 14 days from receipt, provided it is unworn, undamaged, with its original packaging, and with tags still attached. If you are returning the whole of your order we will refund the full purchase price paid together with the postage charge which we have charged you. You must pay the return postage, however. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe return of items, and we recommend that you ensure your return is sufficiently insured and that you obtain from the Post Office a free Certificate of Posting (which you will need in order to claim compensation from the Post Office should your return be lost or damaged in the post). 

Returns: Returns should be sent to Cupid Lingerie limited, 115 Royal Avenue, Onchan, Isle of Man, United Kingdom, IM3 1LA.    Returns are sent at the customer's risk

Cancellation:  Orders may be cancelled within 7 days for full refund but goods which have already been despatched must be returned to us, at the customer's cost.

Payment: Full payment must be received before we can process an order. We are happy to accept most credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.  Please note that if you pay by echeque, payment will need to clear before we can process your order.

Acceptance of Orders: On placing an order you will receive an automated email to confirm your order. In the event that we have made an error (for example as to the price or description of an item) we will notify you by email and we reserve the right not to accept an order. Our automated email shall not constitute an acceptance of an order. Orders shall be deemed accepted only on despatch of the goods. If we are unable to supply an item we will notify you and will refund you that item. If it is part of a set we will ask you whether you still wish to have the other item of the set, or to cancel the set.

Whilst we regularly check our stock levels, so that all items shown on our site should be in stock and available for next day despatch, we cannot guarantee that a particular size of item is in stock.

Offers, Promotions and Discounts: All special offers, sales, discounts  and promotions are subject to availability and only whilst stocks last. Sales, promotions and special offers do not operate in conjunction with other sales, promotions or offers.

International Orders: All international packages are accurately described, with values, on the relevent Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Any charges or duties for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Applicable Law: We are an Isle of Man limited company trading from the Isle of Man, and all purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing from our site, you are agreeing to accept our terms and conditions, and to submit any disputes to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Isle of Man.

Statutory Rights: The above terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
