Next Day Despatch: We aim to despatch goods in stock the next working day. All items displayed in our store should be in stock. If, however, we are out of stock in an item you have ordered, or if there is going to be a delay in processing your order, we will email you to let you know, so that you can choose whether you wish to wait, or be refunded. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday by First Class Royal Mail.
Delivery to the UK: We despatch from the Isle of Man, and most orders to the UK arrive within one or two days from despatch. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee delivery times, and Royal Mail will not class an item as having been "lost in the post" until after 15 working days.
How do I know if my order has been despatched? On despatch, you will receive an Order Status Update email to let you know your order is on its way.
Do you provide tracking? To keep prices as low as possible, we do not provide tracking on orders. All orders, however, are sent by First Class Royal Mail.
Delivery outside the UK: Orders to Europe and beyond are despatched by Airmail, and usually arrive within around 5-7 working days after despatch. All international orders outside the EU are despatched with the necessary Customs Declaration duly completed. All orders outside the EU must pass through Customs on arrival in the destination country, and there can sometimes be delays whilst items pass through Customs.
No Quibble Returns: We are happy to accept returns either for refund or for exchange provided you return your item within 14 days after the day on which you received it. Returns must be undamaged, unworn, not washed, and have all tags still attached. You will need to pay for the return postage.
How do I return an order? Please just pop the item back in the post to us at Cupid Lingerie Limited, 115 Royal Avenue, Onchan, Isle of Man, IM3 1LA. There is no need to contact us first or obtain any "authorisation" number. Please remember either to include the delivery slip, or a short note so that we know who it is from. If you would like to tell us the reason for the return, that would be helpful to us - but you don't have to. Please note that returns are at the customer's risk, so please do make sure that when you post the item back, you ask the Post Office for a "Certificate of Posting" (available free of charge), as you will need that in order to make a claim should your return be damaged or lost in the post.
Refunds: If you are returning an item for refund, we will refund the price you paid for the item together with the original delivery charge which we made when you placed the order. If you are returning only part of an order, we will refund just that item. Refunds are by way of a reversal of the original transaction - so your refund will go back to the card or account which you used when you placed your order. Once a refund has been processed, you will receive an Order Status Update email to let you know. Please note that it can take a few days for refunds to appear on your card/account.
